UCM Match This is a standing match at Diggle, every organised CSR matches have the UCM to start the day, normal format applies on a well run range for this match. It is a favourite with all shooters, but damn hard to get it just right for that stellar score! Long Range Practices Match Another great set of practices this month. 2x 400yd practices in prone then sitting with a mag change to prone, always hard to get right in the transition. Wind was tricky all day, gusting from 6 - 10 mph coming across the range from left to right. Its fine having two great sighting shots at 400 to then find a few drift off to the right because of the gusts, but that is the challenge right! 2x 500yd practices, again one prone, and one prone with mag change to break the position. The match director throwing in non scoring outers just to mix things up! 1x 600yd practice, prone, 5 exposures of 6 seconds. 600 is always a challenge as its not something you regularly do at Bisley, but is always on the cards at Diggle.
